C9 is nothing without Hai
Why would they put bunny in again. Hai could have done something about this stupid ass game, against TIP. Horrible game guys... Also I wish rush would quit playing like he is in soloQ, and stop picking Nid. UGH

Well there is a reason Rush hit the Number 1 rank on KR and still had to come to NA. He is a great solo q player thats it unfortunately. Also Bunny has never been that good to me definitely not going to have the synergy with Sneaky that Lemon had after 2 years playing together. Jensen is just terrible without a babysitter in the jungle.
I don't think they will ever get a roster as good as they had with the original line up, you just cant replicate that cohesion from two years of playing together. Also C9 does have this nasty habit of dropping games like this they shouldn't have thats why they have losses to Complexity, NME, and TDK.
That was pretty bad, and Hai is my favorite player. I don't think bunnyfufu is good enough for shotcalling yet.
I don't even know why they wanted Bunny as Hai's replacement
Like Gravity's shotcaller was Move, not Bunny
TiP completely target banned Bunny, too (3 support/flex bans? pls)
In TiP's defense, in ADDITION to C9 looking like solo queue players, Seraph played like a fucking god
Too early to tell. I don't think Hai wants to just be the main support so they need to get Bunny time actually playing in the games. It's spring split, if they still look bad in the summer split then it's time to worry. I like Hai a lot too, but they need to let the man retire someday.
hai is trying to teach bunny to shotcall, i'd understand the indignation if this was the run up to worlds or something, but this is spring split. this is when you work stuff out.
if rush didn't play like he was in solo queue, he wouldn't have won mvp. trust me, you want rush playing like it's solo queue.
The community consensus both on here and Reddit seems to be "Hai or bust, bench BFF, seraph is a god, Nida is a bad pick". I completely differ.
What hurt C9 more than anything was overconfidence. Against a team like IMT, they would not have completely played with such easily exploitable vulnerabilities (eg Rush overextending to counter jungle). C9 treated TIP like they were silver and TIP showed them why they're challengers.
Seraph is the talk of the town and while I won't take anything away from his amazing plays, IMO the real MVP was Ken. His shields were absolutely on point and instrumental in completely shutting down Rush and Jensen. At least 2 of Jensen's true shot barrages were nullified by his skillful reactive plays not to mention his very well timed, well places ults.
Do not ever ever ever disrespect Rush on Nidalee. There's a reason TIP had such a massive win streak last split and why most opponents' bans targeted Nida. They baited the Nida pick with the support bans knowing full well they intended to snipe Braum to make Rush's life hell. Even so, Rush still outplayed the rest of C9.
The weakness of C9 isn't the lack of Hai, it's the lack of a top lane. While balls did get a triple kill, it was on the back of a team fight, baron kill, and constant pressure from Rush throughout (there's a reason he lived when the rest didn't). Sure he showed up and did some cleanup at an opportune time but he's simply not good enough to take a huge gain like that and transform it into a team wide advantage.
One last note, Gate looked great on Lulu. His team potentially missed some kills because of his lower than maximum damage output, but constant transitions from damage dealer to utility helped tremendously in keeping his team alive.
