I love watching the LCS, but I don't like watching it on my computer because I don't want to sit in my computer chair just watching something. Because of this I usually stream things to my Chromecast, such as past LCS matches. The problem is that Chromecast can't keep up with 60fps and stutters and freezes a lot. If Riot would just add an option for another stream running at 30fps I could watch on my tv. I hope someone from Riot can at least read this.
Riot has nothing to do with the FPS the stream service provides. That would be on youtbe/twitch/azube
Make your TV a second monitor for your computer.
OR
Just hook a Chromebook or chromebox up to your tv and tada you can watch anything online on your tv for free, in high definition even. Chromebooks/boxes are $150 an up and a wireless mouse keyboard combo is around $25.
I dont know why people pay for media in this day an age honestly. If you have cable/satilite/netflix/hulu/chromecast/amazonvid or anything else your wasting your money.
Just hook a computer up to your tv and get everything free in high definition.
With one media bill a month.
