I love Evelynn. I really like her style and think she is pretty unique.

When Riot gave out mystery skins I recieved Shadow Evelynn. This made me start playing her again. But Riot, please just do something about her. She isn't good. At all. I have a few things that I thing would be beneficial for Eve. One, Up the damage of her Q. Give her W the same effect as Gangplank 's. Removing slows is nice but why does GP get to remove all forms of CC and heal while Eve can only remove slows and get a speed boost. I do not think she should get a heal, but I feel like she should get to remove all CC.

Another thing to do would be to just change her ultimate to do max hp%. What's the point of an assassin who can ult someone at 100hp and pretty much have no effect? Change it to something like 15% of max health. (this may be a bit too much, I'm not sure.)

I'm not good with stuff like this so this may sound bad, or it may not make much sense but if that's the case don't be a prick. Just have a civil argument, give respect to get it :)

Max hp ult is bad, but giving her ult at least a base would be good. Otherwise, the reason her W doesn't remove all CC is it resets on kills and assists; making it a repeated cleanse would probably be a bit too strong (for comparison, every other resetting mechanic only does damage).

%missing HP might be a better option if you want her ult to execute, but it honestly doesn't need to be changed. The reason Eve's ult is based on current HP is because it's intended to be an engage, and therefore expected to be used first or at least very early. Lord Dusteon is right though, a base damage would be nice.
