Lulu is 1st pick viable!

i dont know why i just saw NV have thresh into Aphromoo on . is only bad into or and she has more options than karma, NOT more tools. since she can also polymorph. i dont expect anyone with a bad ADC to perform poorly on lulu unless they themselves are bad, its not the character and if shes good than even a decent ADC can perform REALLY well. she is so strong right now def meta pick if you have even an hour in practice tool with her .
