How do you get in to LCS?

So ever since I started playing League, I was pretty good at it. After about 6 months I eventually hit Gold 4 and I think I have the potential and time to get to diamond or higher by the time I hit 17. Right now I'm 14 and no I don't flame a lot and say 'mid or feed' or any of that stuff. I'm asking because my brother knows I want to become an LCS player and with his new job and him making a very good amount of money, he told me that of I ever got to Master/Diamond 1 or higher, then he would fund and make a team for me. So yes, my questions is, how is an LCS/Challenger team made?

You won't even get noticed by another team unless you hit Challenger in solo queue, as for making a team, just make one like normal, once you hit Master/Challenger, you can join an LCS invitational.

gold is just no enough, you're 14 and gold and you think you're good at the game, im 14 and im already diamond 5 but still need to work harder

i have a question um how do i get to the lcs, and im in bronze 5, and i was hoping if i can join the lcs, because im a top main , and a sup main, and also what ranked am i supposed to join the lcs? Thank you
