NA LCS is pre-recorded?

I was just watching some NA LCS because I was bored, so i went to the YouTube stream. Since the quality was bad, i corrected the quality to 720p. I also noticed that there was a speed up section. I clicked 2x normal speed, and it worked! The stream was faster than normal, so I wondered if NA LCS is pre-recorded. If it is recorded before, then can i have answer from a riot employee, or anyone that knows? Thanks -FNC Rain

It stops you after a few seconds.

Could be some lag due to whatever reasons. I notice that when I switch between Twitch, Youtube, and Azubu that they are not synced.

Or do i have lag, because this was broadcast-ed far from Toronto?

I know on Twitch they will re-broadcast the games later, could be something similar for YouTube.
