"Jatt misspoke on that one - player error in their rune/mastery configuration isn't an acceptable reason for a remake. The main issue is that loading into game shows you your opponent's Summoner spells - meaning you get a chance to adjust to the information unfairly."

How the hell is this an advantage? The game's summoners are so stale that you only have to guess whether the enemy support takes ignite or exhaust.

Rito didn't remade the match in which Piglet played without Masteries, why would they remake this one?

Just to be clear here I'm not trying to sound like a jerk or anything.

Right now, there isn't much of an advantage whatsoever in knowing your opponents' runes, masteries, or spells because we all know what the meta calls for and what our opponents are going to be running if they're serious about winning.

But that won't always be the case. It's not so much about what we can predict based on what we see, as what we can't predict because nobody's done it yet.

Nobody expected Gragas to come away with a win on Sunday, and certainly nobody expected someone to pick fiddlesticks into a team comp that outright countered him.

As expected, you only get a certain amount of time to realize your mistakes and correct them. That goes for both teams. Hopefully their rematch will be more interesting.
