GBM and Stomaged

I have no proof of this, but after watching the play-in finals it seems that GBM said something to him when locking in trundle. After this point both players seemed to be on full tilt. I got the feeling that there was both tension and resentment between the two players. GBM gave up. He went from being physically frustrated in one game to not caring a bit. Not sure if this has anything to do with Stomaged, but I have a hunch that something took place in that conversation.
