Looking For Active Staff members for VAeSports org.

Hello,

VA eSports is looking for active staff members for coaching and management,

Things that you will be expected to do are as follows:

Manage team practices and schedule scrimmages for teams to play. Along with all team practices and Tournaments Events.

-Be responsible for finding a competitive advantage, -In the future be able to Prepare budgets -Innovate how the team practices -Control the team public image -Be a spokesperson for the team -Work with team sponsors and partners to adequately keep strong relationships -logistics on how the team travels (long term goal) and participates in tournaments

Manager position will be able adapt to the needed requirements and job duties .

Give Bi-weekly updates on how the team and progression of the team is doing VIA email to the Director of eSport to VA eSport.

This will also pertain to coaches who will be working hand in hand with the managers to ensure no player will feel ignored.

We are strictly a volunteer Org right now. This does not mean we do not have plans for the future pay once we start winning and getting sponsors.
