Org lookinf for staff (voulenteer)

Hello All, We are looking to fill some staff spots. Spot to be filled are... -Analyst -Coach -Scout -Manager What we are Looking for People who.. -Live and breathe LoL. You have a passion for the community and really want to see eSports thrive. -Are able to keep up to date with the latest events happening in the community, from all areas of the world. -Work well with a team. -Have decent written (English) communications. -Have a Skype account, for text chat real-time communication! -Bonus: Have competed in competitive level events, or participated in other eSports communities, which are not necessarily LoL. Staff Code of Conduct All staff members must accept our Code of Conduct. -To be respectful of all members, each other, and the administration of the Org and to represent the Org with professionalism, even though we are all volunteers; -To understand that not all decisions are open for group discussion because input arrives from many sources, some of which require privacy and confidentiality; -To be discreet and to maintain confidentiality regarding Org activities and member information; -To agree to use private emails and private messaging to communicate with the administrative team when questioning administration policy or guidelines or decisions on specific issues; -To resign from your duties if there is a breach of confidentiality, if the code of conduct is not followed, or if the rules of the Org or the authority of the administration are not recognized.

Thanks for your reply but as we are a new org and not funded we will not pay a salary. Later after we get more established we can revisit a payment.

If you think you are good enough to be paid at start. Bring in your resume and let me see where you are at. Start up orgs do not run off of money they run off of people who have the drive in eSports. I understand that most people in 2016 think they should be paid for their efforts but in the real would they do not get paid. If getting into the eSports scene was so easy and everyone can get paid for it then we would not have selected people casting and analyzing games. Just face that you are not the elite of the elite and you will have to work for the spot the make money.

I honestly don't know how you can expect someone to work a full time job such as a coach, manager or analyst. While not having a source of income, a team house to stay in(assuming this because of the skype bullet point), and no basic living needs.

I don't think that you got my point. You're looking for someone who has the drive, but someone cant give all of their time to this endeavor if they aren't making any money. In order to do what you're asking, someone would have to basically live without an income, which isn't viable.
