Am I the only person who is sick of seeing a 4-5 man Gnar ult being the only 'exciting' play from a top laner in LCS? I almost feel like the LCS top laner resume has a prerequisite of being able to play Gnar and it's sooooo boring to me. I can only listen to the casters get excited about it for so long before it's just boring..it's like hearing them yell SHOCKWAVE. yawn Unpopular opinion, don't @ me.
Side note: SSG Gnar skin is dope at least
Eh, for me I still get really hyped for a multiman Gnar ult. For Ori though, I'm just tired of seeing her ults. Could be because I don't like playing against her, but I just think her ult is stupid for how much damage it does for the CC and range it has. It's way easier to pull of compared to a full team Gnar ult, and does so much more compared to it.
Just looking at the GGS-TL game: If it had been an Ori ult at the bottom inhib instead of a 5 man GNAR!, that fight would've been instantly over, basically all of TL dead. For the Gnar ult, he's still reliant on his team to actually deal the damage.
I'm fine with Gnar ults.
I'm not fine with Gnar bullying out every melee top.
Gnar is to top lane what Lee Sin is to Jungle, Ori is to mid
Can't relate; I only watch KZ.. Only one Gnar game this summer.
