OLEL: Online Low Elo League

So I'm S4 and many of my friends are also low elo. I thought it would be fun to set up a 5-10 team low elo league. I think a team based experience might be fun to have. The only rules so far are that you need to have at least six players per team and that your main account cannot be above plat 1.
