It is probably not a real person. I think it is a riot accout for programming issues just like the money, that you get for destroying the nexus.

Also, someone correct me... doing everything randomly we have 4x permutations of 4 for the group stage and 2^4 for the Quarters.
That means that if we all selected our picks randomly one in 1500 people should still have the correct pick'ems. Or did I mess up my math?
That'd mean the possibility of the correct pick'ems, up to the final, is 1 in 6000, and 1 in 12000 including the final.
The irony will be that he already owns every ultimate skin and gets nothing in the end.
