Fantasy LCS Creation...

I have checked since 5 A.M. this morning every single hour, on the hour, up until now at 11 A.M. Eastern Time and it has still said that same thing. League creation is closed at this time. Check back at the top of every hour as we continue to monitor and open more slots for league creation! Can we just get a real time or can we get an administrator/moderator to actually help someone out with this? If I'm doing something wrong, tell me, but otherwise, some input would be welcome. Since I first heard about this whole idea I have been all for it, but this is kind of putting me off. What's the point if no one is even able to make a League...
