Why don't pros use Hired Gun Lucian?

Throughout all of the LCS/Worlds games that I've seen, Lucian (ever since release) has been a very popular pick. However, I have yet to see a single pro use the Hired Gun Lucian skin. It's always Classic or Striker Lucian. Why is this??

I use the base skin because I like the sound of pewpewpewpewpewpewpewpewpewpew more than blamblamblamblamblamblamblamblamblamblamblamblam

I know some skins are banned from use. iBlitzcrank can't be used because the hitbox on the grab can be difficult to see and dodge sometimes. But I've never heard one about Hired Gun Lucian, maybe because the shots are thinner?

Maybe they just don't like it.

The bullets from The Culling on the Hired Gun skin appear smaller than the actual hitbox, no real change but when you are a pro gamer visuals mean a lot to you.

hired gun may also have certain aspects that label things as more revealing or not revealing enough. There are a number of skins that are banned during tournament play because of one of those 2 factors. a great example is arcade hecarim, when he is at 2 stacks multiple areas change color making it obvious he has full stacks on his q buff while his other skins are far more subtle when you reach full stacks. It is small things like this that make a skin unavailable to be used in tournaments.
