Runeglaive on Ezreal? (GIA vs FNC)

I haven't seen much on Runglaive on Ezreal, but from what I saw in the Giants vs. Fnatic, it's extremely strong and produces quite a bit of damage (Peppinero's True-shot Barrage almost one-shot Febevin !!) . My question is: does Runeglaive actually benefit jungle mages or is it just going to be used mid to give certain laners (like Ez) an edge?

From what I've read in some other board posts, those who play jungle mages prefer Magus over Runeglaive... But what are your guys' thoughts?

While runeglaive is strong a full ap ez will one shot a lulu late game regardless. Trueshot has a .9 or 1.0 ap ratio i dont remember.

Ruinglaive on Kog' Maw is also very strong in the mid lane. I think the item wasn't tested enough before it came to live servers. It is a item I have only seen on mid lane Ez and Kog's

Runeglave is used on Ez because of the aoe Q, and that the runeglave proc restores 8% missing mana. I think it is nice that Ez can itemize to reduce the impact of his weaknesses.
