Someone make Rivington the guy in charge of server location at Riot, he obviously understands the game more than the person that has the position now.

yeah Riot doesn't seem to care about north american ping, as long as the servers work and they are in the location that is close to all their pro players then who cares about the rest of the country. They have known about these ping issues for so long and have chosen to do nothing about it. They are reworking their infrastructure to fix DDOS problems it won't fix them for good but it will be a little more resilient the issue is that we have been asking for East coast servers for years now and the DDOS issue has only been a big issue in the last year. so what the hell were they doing the whole time before that? obviously ignoring the western player base some more.

East Coast ping

dont worry son, Riot are moving the servers to a better location on the west coast, people in Cali will now have 12 ping instead of 15!!!!!!!!

Yeah they should likely do something about east coast ping. Although I have relatively good east coast ping a lot of people I know don't.
