NO. c9 plays tiebreaker against mentally destroyed AHQ.
AHQ goes 2/1 and doesn't grab second place. C9 is 0/3 - I wonder who is mentally destroyed?
Take a look at Daniellizards response.
I wasn't talking shit moreover pointing out how Rekkless got 2 shot and more and more I find myself as well as others find that RNG doesn't belong in a competitive game
Aside from the fact that "RNG" like you define it doesn't exist in a computer game (it's a pseudo RNG-PC calculated thing) I agree that such a thing should not exist in a competitive game. It should be predictable. The only thing you might be able to predict is a max-crit doing 1.1k damage at some point.
though the difference between pRNG and real randomness isn´t as bit for practical purposes as people like to make it sound while defending sth. that has no place in a competitive environment... it´s just somewhat sad to see how noone goes for the Phantomdancer as with luck you get more dmg out of the shiv for less money/with bad luck you don´t get much value off of both, but shiv at least adds the lightning.
I don't really want to talk too much about that tbh, as I suck at ADC and don't really understand much of it and it's itemization :S
Mid vs early game. I always go PD because i don't expect my team to close t anyway and if we do close early still no harm and I probably got a few crits i wouldn't have without it anyway.

To be fair AN had around 50% crit chance, autoed twice and crit once. That's the expected result.
Any non-random thing you could reasonably replace crit with would have the same result.
