Sorry for bad joke but all honestly I think it has to be Smeb, not only has he shown to be top 3 player in the World but he's been consistent for 2-3 years now that people tend to not care when he makes a huge play because he's already regarded as a top(no pun) player in the World.
So whenever he makes a 10/10 play it's meh and nothing special but when X player say Lourlo or other players outside of LCK makes an outplay it's 10/10.
