EVS Stark: Klepto Shen in EVS vs SUP game 2

Hey guys! So I noticed Klepto Shen in Stark during Game 2, and it doesn’t look too bad. I’ve searched everywhere for the specific runes for this build, but I don’t see them, and I wish to try it out. If anyone finds out these runes, please comment below. Thank you in Advance :D
