If I am present at the Worlds events in China, will I be able to hear casting in English at the venues or only in Chinese?

I believe you'd only hear Chinese since the majority of the local crowd would probably be Chinese speakers.

And I, of course, don't begrudge them that! But might there be like a station you could tune in to or something to hear the English casting?

Don't think there's a pro League radio station yet. Only way I know of to get English is through the streams on Twitch and Youtube.
