I have no idea what that meant in relevance to this post, but I'll take it as a random remark of safety towards drug usage.

Group stage is when every team can pull out weird stuff that can take a few games off anyone else. It's the Playoffs that the LCK and LPL teams normally get their footing and start to dominate. Whenever Worlds gets to the Playoff format is when the power house regions(LCK-LPL) tend to get back to their dominate performances mainly because each team doesn't need to worry about this team beating this team and if they lose to that team etc etc, nope it's just 1 team vs another.
