LoL "World Cup" Style Tournament

Considering all of the importing and exporting of talent that has happened in the last few years of League, I think it would be cool there was a 1-month tournament where the most dominant regions have an all star team of homegrown talent (i.e. TheShy plays for KR, Broxah plays for EU, etc.) to see who has the best region of talent. If this doesn't seem like it would shake up things enough, how many years do you think before talent is spread more evenly across the regions?
