NA LCS FINALS

Hey Riot!

I am an avid fan and player of League of Legends. I spend hours weekly watching and playing. League of Legends is by far my favorite game and i want nothing more than to watch the NA LCS Finals in person.

Yesterday I went to buy tickets for the upcoming event in Toronto and they were already sold out via ticket master but of course, shitty stubhub had plenty available at increased rates.

As someone who works full time, has obligations, and people to provide for (including my workers), I dont exactly have alot of free time to sit on the computer and wait for tickets to go on sale. Once again for the 4th finals in a row the tickets are sold out. To me this is bullshit. There has to be a better way to regulate ticket scammers. There has to be a better effort toward this.

Make Buyers provide an individual license/state/personal ID number for each ticket. Who cares if it makes the check out process longer. This will give more people like myself the opportunity to get a ticket rather than buying them from a shitty ticket scalper at a 50% or more increased rate. You're Rito games. Ive been so impressed with the things that you do and the way you play/coordinate your events (especially as an event planner myself) There has to be a better way. This is the fourth time im going to miss out on the finals (unless I want to pay 180+/person for a decent seat) because of this problem. What is a guy (and people like me) supposed to do? take time off from life just to site down and wait for the tickets to go on sale? It is not feasible in my current situation and im sure its the same way for alot of other players. I have too much responsibility to my workers and my career.

All I ask is to look into this. Im already pissed I will be missing out on another final, but please Riot, DO SOMETHING!!!!
