More serious penalty for dodging champ select.

I dont get to play much unfortunately with my busy schedule but when I do I only have time to play one, maybe two games tops depending on how much time it takes each game. Today, I didnt get to play at all. I had an hour to play and i spend almost 30 minutes deals with dodge after dodge during champ select. I had a kid flat out say he was leaving if he didnt get jungle and Master Yi was ban. I has become such an inconvenience that it really starts to take away from the enjoyment of the game. The community is already incredibly toxic that even when I do get into games its an instant ff on either side. I propose a most serious offense for dodging champ select for frequent offenders. This is obviously more common from people with smurf accounts than real accounts so why not make the penalty more severe? Thoughts?

You get one "cheap" dodge per 24 hours. That's a 5 minute wait and -3LP in Ranked.

The next one is 30 minutes and something like 50% of the LP you would have lost in that match in Ranked. And it goes up from there.

If you're playing Normals, queueing as a jungler or support in Team Builder gets you more-or-less instant matches playing whatever champ you want. Even ADC has pretty reasonable waits most of the time.
