I'm curious as to how the community feels about this pause/remake.

I feel that the ruling was a bit to late. There need to be a time limit on a remake of the game. I feel 10 min should be how long you have to get the remake when there is a champ select mistake. I remember there was a game in the EU LCS where the players didnht get the champ swap in time and they had to play the game out with those champs. But after the game it was found that there was a bug with the swap button. The team ended up losing badly but didnt ask for a remake even tho they had the right to do it.
GIA, should have had to play that game out, because if they were winning there would be no remake. The remake came after a fail team fight that lost them a lot of map control and that is when they wanted the do over. Riot needs to word the rules on a remake more clear and with time limits with a user error issues.

Dont see why anyone is complaining the rules have been this way sense the LCS started.
They have to fallow them for competitive integrity.

I'm pretty sure they said that Giant's told the Ref's during champ select it was an error.
This seems more like an error on the Ref's part.
What it sounds like, and why it took so long, is they told them, but was told to play, so they did, but someone looked the rule up during the 15 minutes of play, and relayed it, and thats why we had the delayed restart. They were given the restart they asked for in champ select.
Again, this is speculation, but I'm pretty sure this is similar to how it went, with the failure being on Riot's part for even allowing the game to play for 15 minutes in the first place.
Because I doubt they would let them say Oops 15 minutes later and get a remake.
its in the rules, so its all good, riots fault for taking so long (or there refs)
