Choose a Region for All-Star Voting

Straight from the All-Star Voting FAQ, only 20% of a player's votes can come from that players region. I am a player in the NA region (because that's what gives me the best ping), but watch the EU LCS, and care much more about their players.

Personally, I think there should be a question that asks which regions competitive scene you follow most closely, as not everyone who plays in a region watches that regions competitive scene. This ensures that everyone's vote counts most towards the players they care about the most.
