What would happen if CLG wins 2 time against ROX, ROX 2 vs ANX and ANX 2 vs CLG.
Normally you go to the head-to-head record before the tiebreaker and in that case it would mean
ANX>CLG>ROX>ANX>CLG>ROX (repeat)
Is there a tiebreaker even if technically each teams got head-to-head record over another one?

Head-to-head record is the first thing to happen and the situation i wrote down could very well happen (If CLG beat ROX, ROX beat ANX and both ANX and CLG beat G2). The most unlikely event being CLG beating ROX but w/e.
In that case, each teams technically got head-to-head record over one of the others so tie-breaker would also feels weird...
Wh1teWu1f2 votesI mean, 3 way ties are weird to begin with, so you can't make any kind of super clean tie breaker method, but what I linked is what answers your question of what happens if they tie and no head-to-head breaks the tie. If there was more time, they'd play a round robin with just those 3 teams and if they tied again, then it'd become a randomly seeded bracket.
