What if 3 way tie 'without tiebreaker'

What would happen if CLG wins 2 time against ROX, ROX 2 vs ANX and ANX 2 vs CLG.

Normally you go to the head-to-head record before the tiebreaker and in that case it would mean

ANX>CLG>ROX>ANX>CLG>ROX (repeat)

Is there a tiebreaker even if technically each teams got head-to-head record over another one?
