Honor level 0

Hey guys,

contrary to what most people do, i'm not here to argue about getting punished nor deranked to honor level 0.

The thing i want to talk about is the time it takes to climb back from this...

I have been sitting there for around 6 months now, normally getting 1 to 2 honors every game...

If you guys want us to work to get reformed, maybe give us a little something, don't make it a year before we can get back to honor level 2...

We end up asking ourselves if it's worth the effort at all.

It’s not just how many honors you receive per game. It’s also whether or not you’re receiving justified reports during that period, even if they don’t contribute to a punishment. If you’ve been honor 0 for six months, it likely means you were low-key toxic and keep having your progress bumped back for it.

Just acquire a new account and boom honor 2. The honor system is dumb no reason to deal with it

It's not worth it climbing back honor tbh. If you really want the victorious skin just do a server transfer

I was honor level 0 and got back to 2 in just a few months, even if you think you're not toxic, saying anything can get you reported by anyone these days, being repoted costs honor progress, I fixed that by disabling my enter button till I was honor level 2, try that :D

I just don't agree that the punishment is considered the "same," but it is way more harsh to people who happen to get theirs first punishment toward the end of a season. If you have somebody get punished the first month of the season then they have the whole season to work to right themselves. But if you have somebody who went the whole season without every getting in trouble and building honor to 3+, then they have a couple bad games and get punished at the end of the season, they literally have 0 chance of getting any rewards. I was punished in September and there is no point in playing ranked again until next season now because of how long it will take to get my honor back.

Stay honor 0 forever, with all your toxic friends.

I totally agree, took be half a year to get to honor level 1. I had turned chat off even so that it would be impossible for me to be toxic. Guess what, i said fuck the grind and turned off chat. Now im chat muted again.

The grind is certainly an issue.

I don't think I would have even tried if I thought that it would take this long, but now I might as well keep grinding.

I recently checked and I was knocked down to honor level 0 back on July 26th.

Approximately 230 Summoner's Rift matches and 12 ARAM matches later I'm honor level 1 on the last checkpoint. I don't know what the average is, but I feel like it is around 300 games.

Time passed doesn't really matter, it is how many games you've played and how long they are.

Personally I don't like how vague they are with the honor system. We're all playing a guessing game trying to get our rewards unlocked and that's not right. I preferred the old system where if you were punished past a certain date, no rewards. It was clear and easy to understand.

There seems to be a lot of disparity with people climbing back up in honor i've noticed. some like yourself say they have been sitting on h0 for up to 6 months, others like myself i hit h1 in 3 days, followed by checkpoints 1 and 2 a few weeks after. I've heard "valid" reports slow honor gain. i also wondered if infraction severity is also taken into account (a 10 game chat restriction gaining honor faster vs a 2 week ban gaining slower) I imagine players that are still toxic after the infraction don't get many honors either and are thus slower. Just out of curiosity what were you punished for? how many infractions did you have before?

You know that's not how it's supposed to work… right?

Riot doesn't want you to be reformed, they only want their game free of trolls, ragers, flamers and other kinds of annoying people. The only person that should be interested in that is you.

Being nice is what makes people's lifes happier and what saves them from getting demoted to Honor 0 in the first place.

No its quicker to get banned level a new account get that account banned level a new account get that one banned then reform then going for honor level 0 to 3

Big ol Nom11/1/2018, 3:21:33 PM1 votes

it only took my main about 2 months to get to honor 1, vaild reports set you back if youve been there for 6 months and cant climb it up it might have to look at yourself and figure out what exatctly your doing wrong

TheNewOnedk11/21/2018, 7:04:43 PM1 votes
