We have a chance to make the pros play anything we want, let's make the best of it and not pick the same meta cookie cutter champions over and over, let's see some Poppy, Yorick, Heimerdinger, maybe even fiddlesticks (these are just examples) Let's get the pros to play some different champs this year.
I couldn't help but be incredibly corny and choose Fire and Ice themed champs (base skins).
Yeah they probably aren't ideal teams, but that's not the point here is it?

While I do tend to agree with this sentiment, I believe it may start a war of votes between the non-meta vs the people that may want to see people like Faker playing their best champion they are famous for. It can also be hard to get people to agree on what champion to even vote for in relation to this unless some giant reddit thread comes up or something basically telling all of League to "make Faker play Galio" etc. Votes would not even be consistent. In the end stuff like Thresh may just win regardless for a support. Other votes may get thrown away. It would be like trying to get everyone in this thread to vote for a pizza with the topping they want. I support this, I really do, but I kept my votes to each champion playing their strongest champs they are famous for to see this game played at its highest skill level. I believe it would be hard to convince everyone to put Galios, Yorricks, and Poppy in these kind of games. Plus I fear that overwhelming Teemo vote.

I was just going to make a post about this as soon as I saw voting up. Though to be fair, they only picked vayne cuz they wanted double on vayne, not so much for the meta. Anivia for froggen obviously as well. Please guys don't vote for leblanc on faker, vote for something uncommon. I'm voting for Swain and Singed for sure, I'll post when I decide on the rest.
