How can we help the "Wild Card" regions develop their League circuit?

For the past few seasons, we've seen Wild Card teams come to the international events (Like Bejiktas from Turkey at MSI). Unfortunately, they haven't been able to compete on the same level as teams from more developed regions. Which makes sense. But I've been thinking, wouldn't it be nice if these teams were able to play closer to the level of those other regions? The tournaments would have more variation in their results, more exciting games, more diverse play styles. I think it would be awesome to see the lesser known regions get their own showing at a tournament sometime in the future.

Do you think there is a way that the League community could help these circuits reach a more competitive level?

If you watched the Wild card tounament, I think that you could say that the best team did not win. Bjk did ok, but the Brazilean team of INTZ where destroying all the matches. In the finals, a there was a entire case of maybe the team cheated wih cell phones, but since there was nothine ofical, no one knows 4 sure ( https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/33v71a/a_serious_rule_violation_happened_during_the_iwci/), but INTZ where a better team the entire tounament long. The bangkok Titans where also really good, they smashed the round robin, losing only to Intz, but fell to BJK in the Semis. As someone who acutual watches the other lcs's ( Br and Oceanic mostly) I can say that they got a lot better, and I look forward to seeing them at worlds, where the level is slightly lower

How to have them win? Let them play in NA/EU LCS. They still wont' have a chance vs Asians but perhaps they would do slightly better nonetheless.
