A question regarding the Challenger Series and the LCS

Hallo there!

I beamed this question to support, but they couldn't quite answer it in full.

My question is... What would happen to a team of all gold [solo queue] players if they won the Challenger Series? There's an LCS rule [3.2] that states that you can only recruit players of Diamond Solo Queue rank or above to join a team that applies for the LCS, but as far as I know, winning the Challenger Series automatically puts you in the LCS and there's no solo queue rank limiter for the CS.

Really hoping someone can clear this confusion up.

I don't think the players would be allowed into the playoffs. Kind of like Sencux in the last EUCS split. He was allowed to play the regular season, but when it came to be in contention for an LCS spot he was ineligible due to age. I would imagine that ineligibility tactic would hold for this situation.
