Yep. Pretty dumb. It's kind of why I know the schedule beforehand for situations like this in my timezone and avoid every possible media.

This is a major competitive sporting event. It's similar to the Super Bowl, World Series, and NBA Championships. If you can't watch it (like a lot of people, myself included because of the time zones) that's just too bad. Life isn't fair and you sound like a whiny pud. It is what it is. If you miss the event for whatever reason, it's probably going to be spoiled for you. Either by an acquaintance or media. Of course though in this day and age of especially fickle nerds and spoiled/entitled gamers and individuals, everyone wants to be catered to.
Honestly, You should have an option to turn off spoilers. instead of X team W/L; instead it says "Completed"
At the same time there is also the "front-page" news in which Baller said it best with "similar to the Super Bowl, World Series, and NBA Championships" League holds itself as a top notch "sport" and having World teams beat each other and NA/EU etc Finals not be on the front-page for example, could show how non-mainstream League is and that's the opposite of what they want at the moment.
