only 4 people in my siliver rank???

So I made it out of bronze with hard work and when I looked at my silver 4 line up of people there were only 4 of us...and silver 3,2,1 are all empty. What's that about and will it effect my game play. Like will I be able to go beyond silver 4 to 3,2,1 with no one else in the rank with me on my server?

there may be no one in "silver 3 renektons whatever" but there are players in other branches shall i say of silver, so dont worry to much about.. chances are its just a visual bug anyway
