Closed Captions on League Broadcasts

Hey, so I am hard of hearing and I am able to watch LCS (and especially Worlds)without captions. I understand that having Closed Captions during actual gameplay is not the best idea because it would interfere with seeing the gameplay and LC$Big Playz we all love. I am asking on behalf of all who struggle to hear or are deaf, if it would be possible to have closed captions as an option for the analyst/caster discussions and announcements?

**Note: I understand some individuals dislike captions so if there could be an option, that would be appreciated.

***Note #2: Youtube has "captions" which is basically an android speech-to-text program which is not very reliable and is wrong on most words, so this feature of Youtube captions would not be considered.

Could I hear Riot's opinion and thoughts on this?
