he has a 63% win ratio (which is pretty high), he probably hasn't bothered ranking that account to challenger because he has 10 other accounts he plays on as well.

The pro players while they do play solo Q they scrim, play in the LCS, and practice etc etc while not in solo Q 24/7 say streamers so they will have LP decay.

Pro Players don't have the time to grind their Ranked up because of scrim

But most of the Pro Players are in Challenger.
