I first started watching pro LoL in Season 3 Worlds. My favorite memory of Worlds will forever be last year, Bengi taking Nidalee jungle in Game 4 of the Semifinals, and having a MONSTER game, for once being the Star of a team he often took a more supportive role on. Was fantastic seeing him get credit and respect.
Another favorite SKT memory is kinda a bad Worlds moment. Season 5 group stage vs Bangkok Titans. SKT playing the red side and clearly waited all draft so Faker could pick to counter and put on a show against an IWC team, Titans mid laner finally locking in Irelia. Then after a couple hovers, SKT locks in Olaf for Faker in mid, and the live audience instantly react with pity and amusement at the best player in the game choosing a hard counter you would never see seriously prioritized mid....and wrecking.
