3rd seed for LMS, 2 seeds for NA

LMS: 2 out of 2 making it out of Groups Meanwhile NA LCS: 0 out of 3

There is only one solution to this. Take away a seed from NA and give it to LMS. There is absolutely no reason that a obviously weaker region has more seeds. Now that it's officially approved that EU>NA, we should discuss if not even LMS>NA and the consequences of that?

I mean, as a league of legends fan, do you really want to watch some EU mids (Bjergsen, Incarnation) trying to carry their whole NA team? Think about their health. It's painful to watch Bjergsen trying everything, while WildTurle walks into the enemy team with Kog'Maw, trying to use his passive as often as possible. Or do you want to watch teams that are actually good? With good players in every position and not D2 toplaners?

With that logic EU should only get 2 seeds for sucking last year.

EU should remove origen right now because they only should have 2 seeds I agree

Riot will never take spots away from their primary region. However, I do believe there should be more spots for LMS. The wildcard regions need more representation as well. 32 team formats, GO!

Because one bad weekend for NA means they are all garbage. Hyperbole much?

they could just use the MSI to deceide which region only gets two seats...would als put a lot more tension on the begin of the season, right now spring still doesn´t affect the teams much.

Lets make it more logical.... Seeing the whole picture of ALL worlds played so far and even for ppl that are bad at math taking the placements in ALL played worlds so far it is as followed:

KR > EU > TW > CH > NA (yes TW is actually better in that ranking then China) so NA rly should not have 3 seeds and TW only 2 it just doesnt make sense.

Give TW 3 seeds and NA 2 would be pure sportmanship and is what real sports would directly do, u get what u earned and what u played for....just for the integrity of esports it would be the right thing to do.

Top Team from Korea, China, LMS, EU, NA, and Wildcard play in a tournament after the spring split. Top 4 regions a 3rd spot at worlds.

NA has more teams in the LCS than LMS does, thats why theres 3 seeds vs 2...

They don't determine the amount of seeds based on the region's skill - if that were the case, Korea would have 5+ seeds!

They base the seeds based on the volume of players from the region; if there's more people in a region, it would make sense for there to be more possible slots for worlds in that region.

As far as saying LMS > NA, it's hard to say. We didn't see a Bo5 against any other region, which is where League of Legends is REALLY played. With the being said, I wouldn't go as far as saying that the LMS deserves an extra seed.

Just my two cents.

Yeah, that's something that should be considered by Riot.
