EUW Server issues since 3 Days

I was just having my first game for promotion series, we were winning and then the game crashed. Now the game doesn't exist anymore. It's just gone. The same thing is happening since 3 days. Sometimes games just crash, no one can connect and the game + the time invested is gone. It's not me, it's the server!!
