You don't get anything bundled with the mystery skin. You only have a higher chance of getting a legendary skin (for example, Battlecast Prime Cho'Gath) or an esports-inspired skin (for example, TPA Orianna).
Mystery skins have a higher chance of getting you a legendary skin, though I don't know how long that lasts or what the odds are.
