I really like Jatt and Zirene. Either of them with Phreak is my favorite.
Gotta be Kobe and Phreak, they both compliment each others personalities and their excitement really makes the game feel like a heated event.
I really would want a DOA+Phreak combo somehow... appart from that probably Krepo and Froskurin

For me, I like different casters for different things, so it is hard to pick a favorite. For example, I find Jatt to be the best at explaining the game and the pro strategy, while phreak and kobe are the most entertaining, and Riv an quickshot have the best play-by-play. So it is hard for me to pick out one above the others.
