LEC E-Sports Video Quality Horrible Video Quality

LEC Streams and VoD's both have like a "Foggy Filter" over everything, It is so horrible I can not watch it. The other Regions videos are perfectly clear and no problems. Why does LEC they allow such horrible quality even at 1080p60fps. It's so horrible you can't make out the particle effects, can't see whats happening in fights.

Video quality should be the #1 focus for E-Sports. I mean, come on, NFL doesn't film NFL games with a 15 year old cell phone. They use Ultra High Definition camera that outperform many peoples tv's.

Why would anyone want to watch LoL E-Sports when they have to watch through Fog and Mist just to KINDA make out whats happening.

I also don't understand how it has been what, 5 or 6 weeks now? Yet it's STILL HORRIBLE. Come on guys , give a sheet once and turn off whatever it is causing this to happen.
