What is the penalty if you forget to pick in a professional match?

In League of Legends pro-scene, if you don't pick a champion in the allowed time, what would happen?

We sometimes see a forgotten ban, that just means that you lose that ban; and in normal play the lobby would be dissolved and everybody returns to the queue.

But in professional play, what would happen?

What is the penalty if you don't pick your champion in a professional match?

In the rulebook there doesn't seem to be any rule regarding this. (Section 7.7)

It just goes over as no ban (so it'd be 5 bans instead of 6 for instance, or rather, 9 instead of 10).

no what he means is picking champion, not banning.

I don't think there's been any history of this happening to be honest, but I wouldn't be surprised if the team responsible receives a fine for failing to select a champion on time. To be clear, any champion hovered in the given time frame will be auto locked in when the time runs out. But there's always the possibility of not selecting anything.

From what I remember CJ-Entus' sister team did so back in 2013-4, but because there were no rules implemented at the time it was considered a "mulligan" and they just redid the match, mostly because the no-pick happened in the first round.
