There's a league for the best of the best, but I would like to see the worst of the worst play in a professional league. Is there a way to get the lowest ranked players from each region in a competition?

with the way league is growing along with Esports you will see fully structured leagues and divisions before long.

america already has multiple leagues outside of pro-play which are sanctioned , vetted and casted.
