Where is the TL MSI 2018 Icon?

Maybe this has already been asked, but where is the Team Liquid Icon in the shop? I looked for it and it's not there, the emote is there. When I looked this up to try to find info on this all I found was a dead link saying "I need to find a map." If Team Liquid won their title like 2 weeks before RNG then why is there an RNG icon, but no TL icon? I think Riot needs to find the map.
