Pretty much every year, the first week, the board talks about how TSM will do great. How this is Doublelifts time to shine.
Then week two hits and it's the battle hardend team that actually does the best. The team that had to go through the Gauntlet, play in, and playing knockout, in one of the worst groups in worlds
I hope C9 gets out.
C9 > TSM. Don’t let that sorry excuse for a “competetive NA region” fool you. We all know what’s really going on.
Viewership = Wins in the NALCS. As TSM is learning (they should have learned it already), that understanding means nothing on the Worlds Stage. They’ll never be successful in a competetive international tournament until they respect the split of their region. Reginald and Riot do not... so here we are.
I never believed in TSM. I don't believe in any fratboy teams in the first place in this LCS. You have the bonding groups that hold together and then you have this money trash that's bought into the teams.
All these teams that break up the moment they lose at a tournament don't deserve a tournament victory in my opinion. They lack the heart and teamwork to get it going.

did NA ever had hope? to have hope that NA will win worlds it means that you believe theres a chance C9 will win against SKT.
Too many TSM Fanboys who can't see the true team that holds NA together. Sure they don't always get first at home, but when the pressure at Worlds hits they have their stuff in order and come to play. I'm not an Anti-TSM, nor am I a Pro-TSM. But I'm tired of seeing everyone think the team is the standard for NA. C9 will make it out of groups and will face the next hardest team in Worlds.
Ok, at LEAST C9 decided to switch up their tempo for this last game. Even if they lose this I'm happy that they've outdone both of the other NA teams by changing up their game.
No team DESERVES a tournament victory. It's something you need to earn...thus the definition of sport.
I feel that of the NA teams C9 has the best chance because they've proven to be one of the more flexible NA teams. I feel the Longzhu has been playing their behinds off, as did RNG.
There are several tier 2 teams that have shown they CAN play but are too inconsistent.
-- EDG - Playing well today, terrible last week.
-- Fanatic - Played well week 2, terrible week 1.
-- Team WE - Played well through group stage, but terrible in play ins.
-- Samsung - Too easily abusable apparently. They will likely take quarter finals match but if they face either of the Korean teams in Quarters they're done.
I think if C9 does get out of groups (Debatable at this point) they're done in Quarters.

Honestly it amazes me NA isn't wildcard at this point...and I am from NA.
Sure NA is the original region, but they don't deserve to take up so many slots at worlds when they play this horribly.
worlds/lcs is dumb its the same thing every year no point in watching it
C9 will lose eventually down the road. Lets be honest here. Either you win the whole thing or you lose.

they made it and got WE so i guess they have their chances ! but uh at what ive seen so far they actually arnt in top 8 of the best teams in this tournament ... GAM , G2 , EDG , maybe TSM ... even FW would be a match for C9 , and they arnt out , i dont mean that C9 doesnt deserve or suck but still . WE is the easiest quarter finals they could possibly get so if they lose idk what to think NA still never made it to semis at worlds yet it could be the chance this year even tho they overall choked . As a MSF fan tho im a bit fked up since they ll face SKT in quarters :/ if C9 or FNC make it to semis ill support them tho . and if MSF surprised us against SKT i'd be happy .

Every year being a tsm fan i regret being a tsm fan at worlds. Damn I thought they were going to do good. They had the easiest group. I got hyped and bought the icon with the emote. Man every year. They through the lady game is week 1 groups then they play like they can't play. They can't even slow down a game. I know doubleleft should have stay missing. He seems like the weakest adc in world's nothing special.
So is TSM out or do they have a small chance to get out of groups? I'm not the best at understanding the Worlds structure. Sorry.
