Anyone see the SKT/GRF series last night?
Oh my god what a set of games. Possibly the best Bo3 I've ever watched. Honestly restored my faith in competitive LoL after some of the soul-crushing s**t we've seen from LCS this season.

I will admit I do want to see this go the distance in playoffs.
But now, I honestly I didn't find it to be one of those "epitome of all great League of Legends" matches like it was hyped up to be even after the fact. Its games 1 and 2 were a well demonstrated macro game but it's game 3 that made me feel it wasn't all that fancy.
Using game 3 alone, I've seen a few games like that this season. If those other games were considered bad why should this get any sugar coating? Snake vs Rogue Warriors Game 2, C9 vs TSM, LEC has had at least 3 (+1 at the time of this post).
But like you said, if all a fan watches is LCS and only, then I can feel for the lost faith. I'm just saying there's been quite a couple of games this season among the regions that can candidate for game of the split/year.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll be sure to watch when I have the time.
