Does Riot Support even bother to read tickets???

So I made a post the other day asking wtf a guy has to do to get an account permabanned.

Go read the thread and downvote it if you want. Anyway, as per the advice received in the thread I sent in a ticket asking Riot to permaban the account. I genuinely felt upset that I had bothered to troll a ranked game when I could've possibly gotten the account suspended without ruining anyone's in-game experience. Well that remorse is completely gone now. What is the point of submitting a ticket if Riot literally just copy-pastes a response to it? Unbelievable. Just look at that response. There is no way a human read my ticket and typed that out. What a fucking joke. It's disappointing, but sadly I'm going to have to troll at least one more ranked game here in a couple of weeks in order to actually get the account perm'd. GG Riot.

account should already be perm banned on the grounds of "i bought this account from a guy"

Instead of asking for a perma. Ask for them to deactivate the account.

Getting an instant permaban from a clean account is technically possible but very difficult, as Riot prefers to give people at least a second chance whenever they can. Getting an account permabanned after a 14-day is quite simple, though.

However, as stated in a reply above, it's best to just ask support to deactivate the account.

They do read it. Sometimes they just skim through it and read it wrong.

Just reply back and let them know they read it wrong.

Generally speaking, the only times an account jumps straight to a permanent ban is from 3rd party software, charge-back and compromise; and two of those can be resolved without much hassle. Trying to trigger a permanent ban as a first offence through chat use is practically impossible.

Try responding to the ticket again, and make it clear that you bought the account and used it to Smurf (which, if you're using the term correctly there, would be the equivalent of intentionally losing games to tank mmr). Second response should haev them actually read the ticket properly and address the issue in question, plus a personalised response.

First responses tend to be copy-paste type things, and the Support agents will sometimes skin the ticket for key words/phrases, which is probably why they've missed the stuff that would actually lead them to perma-ban the account.

Um then the person who sold the account will just defend and say it was hacked dont you think?

Holy shit lmao. That is just so disappointing. What a joke of a response LOL its actually hilarious. But I do understand they probably do this to save time/money and you probably just have to send a couple to get a human. Still, thats hilarious.
