Added ban pick system in tournaments

What if they added a new draft pick ban round at the start of a tournament. All teams could have a designated number of bans that they rotate through. A banned champ can't be picked multiple times. The picks then go into a tumbler and are picked via lottery to have a certain number of auto bans that encompase the entire tourny.

This could help get rid of the auto ban champs that are seen in team select resulting in bans being focused on actual counters to team play styles. Hopefully this would result in a more varied champ select to make viewing more interesting. I mean these guys are supposed to be the best they should be able to play more than 3 specific champs for a given role and still be effective.
