can we just do a 1-day tournament and seed SKT for the grand finals? i mean, what's the point of a long MSI when we already fucking know KR is going to win, KT/SSG or SKT

No, is like in the Olympic games they should just cancel all the basketball matches and give gold to US or cancel all ping pong and give gold to China. It's not about who wins but its about sportsmanship and competition. Besides so what if Korea wins, in real life when you fail, do you stay a loser for the rest of your life or you let that defeat strengthen and improve yourself?

That's such a poor reason not to watch. You're basically saying cancel the event because SKT won LCK and then you point out that KT or SSG would do the same. You might as cancel every international event by your logic. But what's the fun in that?
You don't have to watch. You can come back and pay attention at the finals if you happen to remember when that date is. There's your "1-day tournament" right there.
